From media requesting our assistance with a visit, we ask that you submit the following:
A written description of the assignment, including topics to be covered, deadline and the
intended publication/air date.
A recent sample of travel-related articles or coverage in the form of print clippings that show
your byline and publication date, DVD or online video/audio file you've previously produced.
An original copy of your published feature of Kalahari Resorts in print format, DVD or online
video/audio file as well as notification of air/run dates.
We ask that you provide a minimum of two weeks notice for a media visit once we have received and verified credentials to allow time to make all necessary arrangements. If your deadline does not allow for such advance notice please outline this in your written request. It is our policy that we only provide media rates on non-weekend nights – Monday through Thursday.
